Build quality is good, however you will struggle assembling this chair without the proper tools (in case you're just using the included allen key) – the headrest part is really tricky, I used power tools to get them fit properly. Instructions are not very clear to determine which screw it is.. But overall, I'm happy with the quality of the product. Will update this later on if there are any more issues.
Nice enough chair, good lumber support for me at 180cm tall. Do not bother with the washers for the screws in the headrest, it makes the job significantly more difficult to assemble.
