This chair was really easy to set up and is really comfortable to sit in for long periods of time! However, during the assembly, I noticed that there were two missing screw holes near the back of the chair which made the frame a bit wobbly. You may need to use a drill to create those two screw holes at the back.
Makes a lot of noise, and the seat is tilted to the right.
I have clocked over 2000 hours in this chair for work and gaming in the past year, it's comfortable and glad I didn't drop $700 on a “gaming chair”. Only complaints is the headrest is to far back to be usable unless fully leaning back and the arm rests are just a pain, to low to use (sitting there is a 4cm gap between my elbow and the armrest making it an awkward angle) yet big to slide under a desk without lowering the seat first.
