Payment methods

We offer a range of different ways that you can pay for your order, just choose which suits you best in the Checkout.

Credit Card online

Our most popular payment method is credit card online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. We also accept debit cards.

Select this method if you want your order to be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Note: we only charge your credit card when your order is ready to ship.


If you are an ASB Bank customer and you have the ASB mobile banking app installed on your phone, you can pay using Online EFTPOS. Just like regular EFTPOS, Online EFTPOS lets you pay using your bank account (e.g. Cheque or Savings) and payment appears instantly in our bank account for fast processing of your order.

Bank Deposit and Internet Banking

If you don’t have a credit card you can deposit payment for your order directly into our BNZ bank account. We check our bank account for new payments every day but depending on your bank it can take 1–2 business days for your payment to appear.

You’ll receive instructions on how to make payment via an email after you’ve placed your order. To ensure that we can reconcile your payment quickly please make sure you follow the instructions carefully and include a reference with your payment.


If you have a PayPal account you can proceed through the Checkout by clicking the “Checkout with PayPal” link. PayPal will debit your PayPal account immediately, but it may take us 1–2 days to reconcile your payment and process your order.

Account Credit

If you have account credit you can use this against your order. If you do not have enough credit to cover your entire order, you can select another payment method to pay the balance.
