Here's a delicious recipe brought to us by Bethany Rose Jollands using Justine's Cookies.
This recipe is super simple even a monkey like me could do it :)
First up, open your favourite 64g Justine's Cookie (this will be your cup) Grab the cookies and with your hands mold it into the shape of a cup. You should be able to do this without putting it in the microwave. Make sure you leave enough to create a little lid too.

For Base :-
2 Cups Justines
Cookie Crumbs
1/2 Cup Guilt
Free Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup PB2
(I went for Chocolate flavour)
For Filling :-
3 170gm Pots of Natural Yoghurt
1 Pot of Extra Light Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 Scoops of Cookies
and Cream flavoured Whey Protein Powder
2 Scoops of Chocolate
flavoured Whey Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Erythritol (optional)
For Topping :-
8 Wheels Cookies (I liked this over the Oreo ones because these are slightly
less sugary)
