Being the Music Gorilla here at Mighty Ape means I listen to music all day long and am constantly on the hunt for more so I thought I'd put together a list of my most anticipated albums coming in the next few months. Without further ado, let's jump right in head first and run through my list! (in no particular order)

I'm going to go right ahead and say that 2015 has already trumped 2014 in terms of music releases, with a tonne still to come before the year end!

Leon Bridges – Coming Home – For me personally, there are few artist in music that give me goosebumps when listening. Leon Bridges is one of these people and has quickly become one of my most played artists.

At a ripe age of only 25 it's clear that Leon Bridges possesses a soul and talent far beyond his years and is making some of today's most timeless music. One listen of his phenomenal track ‘Coming Home’ and I'm sure you'll agree!

Northlane – Node – I've followed Northlane with a close eye since their inception and have to admit that I was incredibly worried about them retaining their sound with the departure of lead singer Adrian Fitipaldes.

Flash forward a few months and new vocalist Marcus Bridge and the band released the first single, ‘Rot’ from their upcoming album. All fears washed away once I wrapped my ears around it. The band has somehow retained their magic and I couldn't be more excited to sit down and devour ‘Node’ upon it's release!

Rudimental – We The Generation – Arguably the UK's biggest Drum and Bassers around, Rudimental took the world by storm with the release of their previous album Home and appear to be all set to ensure their special brand of lightning strikes twice!

Boasting a tonne of fantastic features from the likes of John Newman, Angel Haze, Emeli Sande and even Bobby Womack, “We The Generation” is on track to be one hell of an album!

Lianne La Havas – Blood – The moment I heard ‘Unstoppable’, I knew Liann La Havas had something very special in store for us with her second studio album ‘Blood’.

The combination of slick production from Reggae producer Stephen McGregor and an absolute power house of a voice, meet for a sound that is sure to dominate the radio for months to come. If you don't believe me, check out the video below and try not to tap your feet!

Disturbed – Immortalized – I'm going to be honest and say I really did not enjoy David Draiman's side project ‘Device’ so I'm stoked to see him going back to what he does best. It's been almost 5 years since Disturbed released an album, so fans and myself alike have been clamouring for any new music.

After a few cheeky teasers, ‘Immortalized’ was announced with an epic video for the lead single, ‘The Vengeful One’. Just plug the video below into your ear holes and tell me that's not some solid, good old hard rock!
