Disturbed frontman's side project, Device, announce debut album!

By Toni

Disturbed fans will be pleased to know that frontman David Draiman's side project band Device has announced the release of their self-titled debut album as April 5th.

We're told this debut is not a metal album; Draiman says, “it's influenced by early industrial rock (ie. Nine Inch Nails, Ministry) and has a dark electronic vibe. At the same time, these are big, anthemic, and intensely melodic songs. It's futuristic rock.”

Whatever sound it is we're excited because the album features guest artists such as Geezer Butler from Black Sabbath, Serj Tankian from System Of A Down, M. Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold, and Halestorm's Lizzy Hale and Tom Morello from Rage Against The Machine.

Pre-order Device's debut album now. Make sure to check out their Facebook page and Twitter to stay in the loop with news about the band. Rumour has it there is a tour on the way too!
