Headset replacement I have had my Logitech headset for just a few months when one side of the speaker broke so I emailed Mighty Ape and there response was absolutely outstanding. They asked me to send the broken headset back reply paid so no cost to me but I was eagerly wanting to resolve the issue so I paid for express post. That was a Tuesday, I received an email on Wednesday letting me know that they had received it and another email letting me know that they was a new headset on its way to me. So Thursday morning at 8 am guess what a new headset was delivered. You cannot get any better customer service than that ANYWHERE.
