Corruption, sinister characters of the underworld along with secret agents lead to torture, killings across the globe. Amongst this background, the Russian President brimming with confidence, and he decides to declare war using his new missiles. Something goes wrong, the missiles guidance system does not work.....the Kremlin does not know why.
