Catherine Veitch trained as an infant primary teacher before working as an editor and writer for twenty years in children's magazines and books. Her work covers a wide range of genres including puzzle and activity books, fiction, non-fiction, phonics and and math. She is based in Buckinghamshire, UK. Alex Paterson is a highly experienced artist who has illustrated books for Orion, Egmont, Random House, Harper Collins, and Oxford University Press. His work has also been exhibited in the Cartoon Museum. He lives in Warwickshire, in the United Kingdom.
