Description

Find Your Calm is a stylish fill-in journal that helps kids to keep track of their daily life and their dreams for the future, as well as providing advice to increase their sense of calm. Featuring inspirational quotes and fun activities, as well as tips and tricks for staying calm under pressure, this journal is a great way to understand stress triggers and anxiety. Exploring topics of mental health, this book has a strong focus on mindfulness, creating healthy habits and self-expression. Excerpt: WHEN DO YOU FEEL CALM? What things make you feel calm? You may be outdoors in nature, or snuggled up, all cosy inside. You may be with family or friends, or on your own. Do sports or exercise calm you, or perhaps looking up at a starry night sky fills you with calm? There are no wrong answers. We are all unique, and different things make us feel calm. Think of a time when you felt really calm. What did you feel like in that moment? Make up a saying that describes what calm feels like to you and write it in the moon.
