Noumair is Professor of Psychology and Education, Director of Executive Education Programs in Change & Consultation, and Founder and Director of the Executive Master’s Program in Change Leadership in the Department of Organization & Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University, USA. She is also the co-author of Organization Development: A Process of Learning and Changing; co-editor of Group Dynamics, Organizational Irrationality, and Social Complexity: Group Relations Reader 3.  Abraham B. (Rami) Shani is Professor at the Orfalea College of Business, California Polytechnic State University, USA. He has edited and authored numerous research volumes, books, articles and chapters in the areas of organizational change and development and, collaborative research methodologies. Recent co-authored book and volumes include Conducting Action Research, 4 Volume set Action Research in Business and Management and, 4 volume set Foundation of Organization Development.
