Description

Sarah loves to sing, and Billy, Mary and Ray play musical instruments. They all want to be famous. Mr Wong, the Headmaster of the school they all attend, arranges a concert in which all four children are chosen to take part together as a band called The Songsters. Will their performance go down well with the audience and will they achieve their wish to become famous?

Author Biography:

Throughout a career spanning science to social work, Gloria loved to make up stories, first for her three children when they were small, and then for her five grandchildren. Over the past three years, inspired by her younger sister, Jackie, who teaches phonics to preschool children, she has written and illustrated numerous phonics focused storybooks, and continues to write her stories in the hope that they will make learning to read fun. Recently she has also written her own story in the form of an autobiographical novel.
