• Mighty July Toy Sale may contain products listed outside of the Toys Category, however, only products within the Toys Category (as shown above the product images) are valid entries into this competition.
• Entry is limited to New Zealand residents only.
• Employees, contractors, and suppliers of Mighty Ape and their immediate families are not eligible for entry.
• The prizes are not transferable for cash or store credit.
• Prize value is based on full retail value.
• Promotion commences 12AM July 1st and entries close at 11.59PM July 31st, 2023.
• To be eligible for a particular day's prize pack you must place an order in the Toys Category on that same day between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM.
• Entries into the daily prize draws are limited to one per customer, per day. Marketplace and Gift Voucher orders are not considered entries into the draw. Ordering or renewing a Primate subscription is not considered an entry into the draw.
• *Each day a winner will be drawn at random. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Mighty Ape, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
• The prize winner will be contacted by email. This email will be sent to the email address associated with the winner’s Mighty Ape account.
• The prize winner must reply to the notification email to claim the prize. If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, Mighty Ape will conduct a second chance draw. The additional draw(s) will follow the same process until the prize is claimed within 14 days.
