"Time heals all wounds", or so the old saying goes. Retired FBI Agents Blake Ryder and Sophie Carter are slowly recovering from wounds, emotional and physical, caused by master criminal, Jack McCall. But try as they might, claws of the past simple won't release. Ryder and Carter try to build a new life by establishing a safe house in Upstate New York. Efforts to return to "normal" after Blake's long undercover assignment are regularly thwarted until the two of them are forcibly thrown back into McCall's dangerous web.
