This is not your average colouring book! Part whimsy, part workbook, you will be amused and you may learn a few things. This book contains fun colouring pages, some activity pages and 30 yoga poses with their names in English and Sanskrit. I want you to reflect on the poses in this book and in the blank spaces on those pages, write down how they make you feel, good or bad, draw an image or shape that they inspire in you, or write down goals that they motivate you to achieve. But most importantly, pay attention to their Sanskrit names...you will be tested on them in a fun but challenging crossword puzzle. You can totally cheat though 'cause the answers are at the back of the book, but please don't, OK?

Krystel Dallas Houle is a yogi who works full time at her day job, has four kids, teaches yoga and other fitness classes part-time, attends yoga and other fitness classes as a student, runs a lot, sleeps occasionally, eats every chance she gets, creates videos for her YouTube channel (Krystel Dallas) and in her spare time, draws ridiculous cartoons. She holds an EWYT-350hr & RYT-200hr yoga teaching designation, is a certified Yoga Exercise Specialist, a certified Pilates Mat Instructor, a Personal Training Specialist with additional studies in running coaching and foam rolling techniques. She has been practicing yoga and Pilates since 2003 and has been teaching both since 2016.
