Have fun with 'Little Sister' who can be a bit of a princess one moment and a wild, little tomboy the next. Come to a tea party, a birthday party or a meeting of the Crayon Club. Can you hang 'Upside Down' from a tree? Little Sister can, and she loves to ride a 'Carrousel Horse'. You can color some of Little Sister's beautiful dolls or teddy bears. You can help her pick some 'Flowers For Mommy' or play with her new pet...a wood rat. She has fun in 'Rain', 'Sun' or 'Snow'. Some of the other fun pages to color include: Fish Face, Bedtime Prayer, Ballerina, Talking To Santa, the Easter Egg Hunt and the Pledge of Allegiance. Each picture in this wonderful book has a 'story'; and those stories are included in special pages at the end of the book to help inspire you, as you color.

Author Biography:

Sue Curry was born in West Australia and came to America with her war bride mother and US Navy father. Raised in Southern California, she later married Pastor Ed Curry and currently lives in the agricultural area of Selma, California. Curious about the region and history of the valley and the many old farm, Sue began doing research which was inspired by her own family history and that of her husband who was raised as a dairyman's son. Sue's books reach back to her childhood and a simpler life style. 'Living On Memory Lane' take you back to the early 1900's and the life of a farmer, his wife and children. Through the stories for each picture, you are inspired to color the scenes. 'The Adventures of Little Sister' lets you see life as it was, when Sue and her sisters were growing up in the 1950's and 60's. Each drawing to color has a story to explain the scene. Sue's books are suitable for children of all ages from 9 to 99.
