Author Biography

Heinrich Honsell Der Autor stammt aus Munchen und ist em. Professor fur Privatrecht und Romisches Recht an der Universitat Zurich und Honorarprofessor fur Handels- und Wirtschaftsrecht an der Universitat Salzburg. Sein Arbeitsgebiet ist neben dem Romischen Recht vorwiegend das Privatrecht. Honsell ist Autor zahlreicher Publikationen zum deutschen, osterreichischen und schweizerischen Recht. Er ist Co-Autor der 4. Auflage des von Paul Jors und Wolfgang Kunkel begrundeten Lehrbuchs des Romischen Rechts, das in der Enzyklopadie der Rechts- und Staatswissenschaft im selben Verlag erschienen ist."
