Author Biography:

Dr. Chiquetta Thompson is an African-American author, public speaker, educator, and Licensed Master Social Worker. Her experiences as a mother raising children with allergies led her to write a series of books on the topic. Her first book I Like Peanuts, But Peanuts Don't Like Me provides a charming glance into what a nut allergy can look and feel like for children of color. In 2020, Dr. Thompson will release My Pineapple Eyes, a children's book focusing on fruit allergies. Akeem Toure is a digital creator, writer, media consultant, and owner of N CRWD Creative, LLC. Although N CRWD CREATIVE, LLC is a music and media company specializing in music management, creative production/publishing, and digital communications.
