At the end of the book, they turn to a serious subject - the COVID-19 pandemic.

Author Biography:

LoLo Smith is an educator, writer and creator of Living Storybook, a literacy and performing arts program for young children. She is also the founder of a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, Do The Write Thing of DC. She has written 8 books for children. She was born and raised in St. Louis and earned her Bachelor's at a local teacher's college there. She moved to the District of Columbia over 40 years ago. She has one adult son who is also an educator and writer. TaVaughn D. Norde' is a 16-year-old artist. He was born in the District of Columbia and has always attended public schools including Tyler Elementary, Kramer Middle School and Woodson Senior High School. In addition to art, he likes sports, especially football and swimming, dancing, listening to rap and hip-hop music and socializing with his friends via social media. He lives in the District with his mother and younger sister, Ghada.
