The desk it self is fine, good even. The assembly is straight forward and only take about 10 minutes. It even comes with its own screwdriver and the handle is actually nice to use.
There is one MAJOR flaw that lets this product down. The plastic cover on the desk surface is IMPOSSIBLE to peel. It took me 3× as long to peel the plastic off as it did to actually assemble the desk. If you fix this for future purchasers of the desk I will change my rating to 5 stars. It really is that bad.
