Author Biography:

Dr Sandeep A. Arote is an Associate Professor of Physics at the Sangamner Nagarpalika Arts, D.J. Malpani Commerce and B. N. Sarda Science College (Autonomous), Sangamner, affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly University of Pune), MS, India. He has 15 years’ teaching and 10 years’ research experience. He has published over 35 research articles in reputed peer-reviewed international journals and also presented his research work at several national and international conferences. His main research areas include: nanostructured materials for energy generation, storage devices (nanostructured solar cells, supercapacitors, and batteries), and sensors. He has co-authored several textbooks for undergraduate physics courses, such as Handbook of Physics, Practical Course in Physics, Solid State Physics, Nuclear Physics, and a booklet on graph plotting techniques. Furthermore, he is a reviewer for several reputed peer-reviewed international journals.
