Directions
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (one 3g serve) in 150ml of cold water and drink immediately. Use up to three serves daily, spaced evenly throughout the day with one serve on an empty stomach 30 – 45 minutes before exercise. Not recommended for continuous, high dose use for more than 60 days. Drink plenty of water, especially if using this product with Creapure® creatine. AAKG provides a constant and steady release rate of nitric oxide (NO), and maintains its concentration in the blood about 24 hours.
