Increasing your Carnitine intake is a natural way to manage weight because

Add one serve (1/2 teaspoon) to a cold drink and consume one hour before
exercise. Use up to 2 serves daily. As other amino acids contained in proteins
may compete for absorption, L-Carnitine should be taken on an empty stomach
without other foods or supplements. We recommend cycling the use of L-Carnitine,
with at least 1 week off every 3 weeks.
For best results, use with ultra low carbohydrate 100% Isolate protein powder
and Thermo. The recommended dose generally ranges between as little as 500mg to
as much as 3 grams or more per day, depending upon individual needs.
For most people, 2 or 3 grams per day, taken in two doses, will be
sufficient for either weight loss (fat burning) or increased energy (reducing
fatigue symptoms). For bodybuilders and performance athletes, between two and
four grams of L-Carnitine should be taken one hour before exercise.
