Just because it didn't become an apocalypse doesn't mean that the potential wasn't there.I write this as we are multiple months into a quarantine for the COVID-19 pandemic, which is not even the first pandemic or near pandemic that has occurred in my lifetime. Let's see. There's been several Ebola breakouts, SARS, AIDS, H1N1 Swine Flu, Mad Cow Disease, and others. And that's just in my lifetime. This means virtually everything electrical. These can occur from cosmological events like coronal mass ejections or solar flares or, as is more likely, an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) from a specific EMP weapon or the pulse from the detonation of a nuclear weapon.POOF!Just like that, your computer, Kindle, phone, tablet, laptop, USB drive, and any other device you had this book stored on is gone forever. Good thing you had your paper copy as well. The best thing is to get both, but if you only get one, buy the print version.So, here's the versions of this book in order of importance:1. Print.
