The Brateck Monitor arm was a great steal in my opinion, it holds my 32" Asus STRIX monitor and a vertical monitor perfectly fine.
The instructions, specifically step 2 which is split into two different versions, were a bit confusing at first. After looking online we realised that the steps were separated based on how you wanted the mount to be attached to your desk (drilled through desk attachment or clamp attachment). After getting past that it was a breeze to set up. We had to tighten the arms quite a bit on each joint just due to the weight/shape of my monitors, but otherwise they are holding solid and are easy to adjust.
Overall, happy with the purchase and I would recommend this mount for anyone looking to set up a dual monitor set up!
