Author Biography:

Phillip M. White (M.L.S., University of Texas at Austin) is a reference librarian and bibliographer for American Indian Studies. He has also served as Adjunct Professor in the American Indian Studies Department of San Diego State University since 1990. Stephen D. Fitt is a reference librarian at the James R. Dickinson Library at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
