This is now my second one of these. First one didn’t even last 2 months before it started shorting out and abruptly stopping with a burning smell and blowing the main house fuse. Customer service was useless when trying to get a replacement, ended up driving out to do it in person. Finally got a replacement over a week and a half later and the mat does not stay centered, needs to be adjusted constantly and it creaks with every step. Btw, this is with daily use, always walking on the flat, not using any of the fancier functions it boasts to have. Will have to suffer through until this one also dies, shan’t be too long I reckon. Also the ‘cup holders’ are completely useless, can’t fit anything in them at all. Even though this is not the bottom of the range model that mighty ape sell, do not waste your money on this awful product.
