I am so happy with this purchase. it was exactly what I wanted – also bigger than I expected. I no longer hurt my back doing my exercises.
This is a nice large mat, however I find the material to be far too thin for my liking. Though, I will say that it is great for holding exercise machines/ equipment in place while you use them so I would highly recommend for that reason.
