Good quality, perch larger than the soft type, material is not soft, rather durable, kind of rough, the cars don't use it as much IÂ think because of placement in house and no fault of the actual tower itself.
My cat loves this tall cat tower and it was super easy to put together as well.
Only giving it a 4 out of 5 stars as one of the poles as faulty so we couldn't use it. However my cat doesn't mind that there is one less bed.
