Reilly is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Political Science and Director of International Studies at Niagara University, USA.   John Edgar Browning is Marion L. Brittain Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Literature, Media, and Communication at the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA.
