Description

In this historical novel, the main character is Moses, who delves into the secret of Creation and learns about a great dispute between the left and right sides. On the first day of Creation, reference is made to the right side, which represents perfection and all seven days emerge from it. However, on the second day, reference is made to the secret governing power of the left, which led to a fierce dispute between the two sides. The left wanted to cancel the governing power of the right entirely, and vice versa. This dispute created Gehenom, which was awakened by the left and cleaved to it. Moses tries to reconcile the dispute between the left and right, but Korah, representing the left side, becomes stronger and overcomes Aaron. Moses realizes that with the strength of Korah's anger, he will descend to Gehenom and be attached to it. Korah denies the establishment of the work of Creation and refuses to acknowledge the principles of Torah. He cleaves onto what he deserves and falls into Gehenom. The dispute between Shammai and Hillel is settled with love and friendship, with approval from the heavens. This dispute is similar to what the central column achieved for the sake of establishing the work of Creation. However, Korah's dispute is one of anger and fierceness, leading to the creation of Gehenom. The separation between left and right occurs definitely on the second day, as written in relation to Levi's separation from the other tribes. The Havdalah prayer performed at the end of Shabbat separates dominant powers from holiness. The evil eye emerges from the left side and wishes to mingle with the seed of Yisrael by taking control over the holy covenant. In conclusion, this novel explores the secret of Creation and the disputes that arise between the left and right sides. Moses tries to reconcile these disputes, but some refuse to acknowledge the principles of Torah and fall into Gehenom. The separation between left and right is always on the second day, leading to the emergence of the evil eye and the need for separation through prayer.
