Author Biography:

Patrick Colbeck is currently serving his second term as the state senator for Michigan's Seventh District and also is a 2018 candidate to be Michigan's next governor. A University of Michigan graduate with bachelor's and master's degrees in aerospace engineering, Colbeck is best known for his leadership in making Michigan a Right to Work state, his nationally recognized free-market health-care solutions and engineering-based solutions to the most vexing problems faced by government. He lives with his wife, Angie, in Canton, Michigan.
