Author Biography

Since teaching English to primary and secondary children in West Africa, Steven Maddocks has written articles for children's encyclopedias, and books on current issues. The consultant, Robert D. Smith, was the executive director of UNICEF UK from 1980-1999. He has been the Hon. Treasurer of the Children's Rights Alliance for England since its foundation in 1992.
