RUTH TRICKEY has been a trained midwife, natural therapist and herbalist for more than fifteen years. Her Melbourne clinic has evolved into a multi-disciplinary centre with eight practitioners. Ruth now shares her extensive practical knowledge by teaching students at the Southern School of Natural Therapies and lecturing practitioners throughout Australia and New Zealand.KAZ COOKE is a cartoonist and writer. Her books include Real Gorgeous, The Crocodile Club, the Modern Girl series starring Hermoine and Get a Grip. She has had period pain, PMS, feral hormones, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, herbs, drugs, and surgery. Currently she is having a good lie down.
