Author Biography:

Tilottama Singh is a certified HR analyst with more than 14 years of experience in the field of human resources and work dynamics. She is Head of the Department in School of Management, Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun. She earned a master’s (with distinction) in human resources management. Prior to that, she graduated in economics (with honors) and law (with distinction), with an added vocational course in mass communication and analytic certification from IIM. She started her career in the hotel industry and later joined the education sector. She has a rich research portfolio, including Scopus journals and conference awards. Dr. Singh is a member of AIMA and liaises between the student community and industry delegates, with a keen interest in training and building sustainable models for business and society. Richa Goel is an Associate Professor of economics and international business at SCMS Noida, Symbiosis International Deemed University, Pune. She is a gold medalist in economics and earned PhD in management, with expertise in diversity management. Her projects on E-Shiksha, women empowerment, and inclusive banking have gained recognition from New Zealand's Ministry of Finance. She is a published author, a book series editor, and an invited speaker at national and international conferences. Manleenjot Kaur is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Uttaranchal University. She earned a PhD in management at Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad. She has embraced diverse management roles in various organisations, but presently she takes pride in imparting knowledge and guiding bright minds in entrepreneurship development, and strategic management Her teaching experience goes beyond the classroom, as she has actively organized engaging events such as the Entrepreneurship Conclave, webinars, faculty development programs, and seminars. On the entrepreneurial front, by running a successful franchise, she wears the hat of a skilled businesswoman involved in every aspect of her business, from market research to digital marketing strategies. Michela Floris is an Associate Professor of Management in the Department of Economics and Business, University of Cagliari, Italy. She earned a PhD in management and holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Cagliari. She has been teaching family business management for several years, published articles in leading journals, and received numerous grants for her studies. Her main research interests are strategy, organizational goals, and goal-driven behaviours in family firms, including entrepreneurship, marketing, innovation, and growth.
