"Well," said Pooh, "what I like best -- " and then he had to stop and think.
Because although Eating Honey was a very good thing to do, there was a moment just before you began to eat it which was better than when you were, but he didn't know what it was called.

A.A. Milne's eternally appealing tales about the Bear of Very Little Brain are brought wonderfully to life in this one complete collection of Winnie-the-Pooh stories.

This is the ultimate gift set for the nursery or discerning Winnie-the-Pooh enthusiast: 30 individual hardback books beautifully presented in an elegant chest, decorated inside and out with original E.H. Shephard illustrations. A stunning heirloom to keep for generations!

Author Biography:

A.A.Milne was born in London in 1882 and became a highly successful writer of plays, poems and novels. He based Winnie-the-Pooh, Piglet and friends on the real nursery toys of his son Christopher Robin and published the first book of their adventures together in 1926. Since then, Pooh has become a world-famous bear, and Milne’s stories have been translated into seventy-two languages. E.H.Shepard was born in London in 1879. He was an artist, illustrator and cartoonist and went on to draw the original decorations to accompany Milne’s classic stories, earning him the name ‘the man who drew Pooh’.
