Wild Mustang Anthology: Experiments in Writing and Publishing at WNMU presents a provocative sample of student voices, both national and international. Published from the southwest corner of New Mexico, the writings represent a cross-section of 21st century perspectives, mirroring the diverse and far-flung students of the Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies program at Western New Mexico University. The anthology contains multiple genres and styles making it a fit for a variety of readers. This project is an experiment in self-publishing undertaken as a class project in a four-week online summer session by a group of WNMU MAIS students. All proceeds from this endeavor will go to aid the earthquake victims in Haiti.

Author Biography:

All authors are graduate students in the MAIS program at WNMU. They come from all over the world and all walks of life: teaching, counseling, screenwriting, and the fine arts. To create and promote the anthology, the students contributed their creative writing pieces, energy, and teamwork to learn and apply new skills such as publishing on demand and marketing. They are donating 100% of their royalties to Haiti earthquake recovery efforts. Please help spread the word. Thank you!
