Pastor Francine Baise has more than 35 years of experience in the ministry of Jesus Christ. The founder and pastor of New Birth Ministries, Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware, she was called by God to serve first in the local church, bringing over 25 years of experience as Sunday school teacher as well as evangelist and counselor. Pastor Baise was ordained an elder in 1983, given a charge, and appointed to pastor in 1999. She is a woman who loves the Word of God, whose life is bathed in prayer. Pastor Baise has been raised up for this generation, to promote spiritual maturity in the life of the believer.
