Author Biography:

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Anna Patterson's writing career many times reflects her interest in the Western, rural life and history of the rustic life. She learned to appreciate the past by seeing some of this which has been preserved. As a child she saw what was called "ghost towns," and as a reporter in search of a story for newspapers, she traveled many rural roads which lead to stories about railroads, cattlemen and women, and towns which were established and came into existence during what is often referred to as the old Western days. Currently she is intent to write books which blend the love of the past with current contemporary interests. She is also pursuing an interest in bringing these stories to the screen.
