Author Biography:

David Mitchell is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. He has over 200 publications, mainly in the fields of special and inclusive education. Dean Sutherland is a Senior Lecturer in the College of Science at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. His teaching and research focus on human communication, disability, ethics and evidence-based practices.
