His formal education includes a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Computer Science from Furman University. In the workplace, his focus areas include observing the way people interact and respond to change. He, his wife, Kelly, and their two sons live in Greenville, South Carolina where they enjoy running, travel, and the outdoors.
