HITCHNER, CPA/ABV, ASA, is author of Financial Valuation, Second Edition and coauthor of Financial Valuation Workbook, Second Edition, published by Wiley. He is Editor in Chief of Financial Valuation and Litigation Expert journal. STEVEN D.
