Effective urban drainage to manage stormwater and control flooding depends on good engineering, especially when an environmentally sustainable approach is being applied. Author Biography:

James Guo is Professor and Director of the Hydrologic and Hydraulic Graduate Engineering Program at the University of Colorado Denver. He has over thirty years of teaching, research, engineering, and management experience in hydrology, hydraulics, and water resources.
