Kylie, a lady from a first family in a country on the forefront in the war against terrorism, is working towards achieving her dream of ending the Middle East crisis. While pursuing her career in diplomacy, she falls in love with Zechariah. Detectives discover that Zechariah is the only sibling of the World's most wanted terror fugitive. Their relationship is frustrated by detectives who suspects Zechariah of Terrorism . He flies back to his country but they later meet in Kenya during an inauguration ceremony after one of their college-mates, Sam Walo becomes a cabinet member. Due to the presence of Zechariah in Kenya, Kylie's aide, Darrel Mill is tasked to put Zechariah on Surveillance. A diplomat is assassinated after a cocktail party and Zechariah's behaviour earns him another problem. Jefferson, 18, a boy who was once rejected from a school of criminal investigation for lack of Physical strength, shows his ingenious characters and hands over photos of terror suspects. Global security summit is arranged in Washington and Sam is dutified to attend the meeting. He picks Jefferson with him. In Washington, Sam slams some nations on their approach to global peace and security while Jefferson discovers an underground Terror machine moving towards the presidential palace. Series of terror attacks are witnessed and Zechariah still features in the list of suspects. Jefferson's revelation of an underground terror machine is proved right and he's allowed to engage in the Terror investigation. With the aid of technology available with his hosts, he creates his own unprecedented forensic electronics and ideas, and points out the real terrorists. Kylie and Zechariah finally ties a historic knot; Their wedding is presided over by clerics from two different religious faiths. They are united in full presence of international media.
