Sophie Gilliat-Ray is Professor in Religious & Theological Studies and Director of the Islam-UK Centre, Cardiff University; Mansur Ali is Jameel lecturer in Islamic Studies at Cardiff University, UK; Stephen Pattison is Professor of Religion, Ethics and Practice and Head of Theology and Religion, Birmingham University, UK.
