Having been a teacher, Mentor, Dean of students and coach, he has developed individuals on every level in basketball and in life including professional settings. Coach Bailey has been successful on all levels and every stop along his coaching path. He is a constant learner who looks for ways or people to teach him how to constantly perfect his craft. He has worked countless summer basketball camps at different Colleges and Universities. He has a Masters degree in Athletic Coaching/Administration as well as having been a college head coach. The main philosophy & style of this teaching is one that concentrates on maximizing the growth of EACH Individual.
