Author Biography:

CHRISTOPHER FARRINGTON is a Government of Ireland Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Politics, University College Dublin, Republic of Ireland, funded by the Irish Research Council for the Humanities and Social Sciences. He has previously been a Research Fellow in the School of Politics and International Studies, Queen's University Belfast.
