Description

Separated by a shipwreck, a pair of twins, a boy and a girl, go on to lead their lives assuming the other is dead. They have long since changed their names, and, in the case of the girl, her very gender. However, events will push these siblings together in a tale of comedy, misplaced love and mistaken identity. Simultaneously, a steward deludes himself with a dream of becoming a Count. A farce of such proportion that only the Bard could hold it together with his timeless words, this play tells the story of the unforgettable Sebastian, his sister Viola and the ingenious fool, Feste.

Author Biography:

William Shakespeare was an English playwright and poet. Popularly called "The Bard of Avon", he is largely considered one of the greatest writers in English history. Among his most famous plays are Romeo and Juliet, Julius Caesar, King Lear and A Midsummer Night's Dream.
