This building has two towers, on these stand the statues of two huge birds that are unlike any bird you have ever seen. If you watch carefully has the light begins to fade you may see them blink and stir and even stretch their wings. If you look between the numbers 5 and 6 on the giant clockface, may see Tucker watching out from his room, over the waterfront. When all the light as gone, he climbs the stairs to the secret door that leads to where Bella and Bertie stand.
