Kuanchin Chen is the director of Center for Business Analytics, a professor of Computer Information Systems, and John W. Snyder Faculty Fellow at Western Michigan University, USA. Markus A. Launer is a professor of Business Administration and Service Management at the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, Germany.
